60 Blog Posts in 60 Days – 5 Tips on How I Stayed Consistent

February 27, 2015 by Paul Leave a Comment

I’ve written a Blog post every single day for the last 60 days.

This is a new consistency record for me.

I’ve been blogging since 2006 but I’ve never maintained this level of consistency, writing every single day, for this long.

I’ve always been a sporadic Blogger who writes between around 5-20 Blog posts a month but without the daily consistency I’ve had in the last 60 days.

So what changed?

How did I go from being inconsistent for almost 9 years to finally writing consistently on a daily basis for 60 days and counting?

Here are a few things that I changed…

#1 – Not Allowing Myself Any Excuses

In the past, when I would try to Blog on a consistent basis, everything would usually go smoothly at first, but then I would inevitably run into some sort of strange “abnormal” situation that in my mind I would accept as a justifiable reason to not Blog for one day.

For example, let’s say that I was blogging daily for 20 days in a row and then I ended up getting sick and feeling so crappy that I didn’t even get out of bed.

In the past I would tell myself “Oh, it’s okay…this is a justified reason why I can’t write a Blog post today… I’ll just write a few extra ones when I fell better.”

And you know what?  As soon as I broke that streak of writing daily for even ONE DAY, it’s like a whole tidal wave of OTHER excuses would come pouring in and stop me from blogging.

So this time around I made a deal with myself that I would not allow any excuses to stop me.

My goal is to publish at least one Blog post per day, every day.

Ideally I prefer to write my Blog posts before the evening arrives, but the deal I made with myself is that in the worst case scenario where some weird circumstances arrive and prevent me from getting my Blog post done before night time, I told myself that I’m not allowed to go to bed until I write my Blog post.

In other words, sometime between waking up and going to bed I have to publish at least one Blog post (can also be a video).

The funny thing is that virtually as soon as I made the decision to not allow excuses to stop me, I ended up getting sick right in the beginning of January.

I felt like crap.  It was my first time getting sick in about 4 years and it wasn’t pretty.  I really felt horrible.

But you know what?  I still wrote my daily Blog posts regardless.

It actually wasn’t that difficult, because the decision was already made.   I wasn’t fighting with myself in my mind about whether I should or shouldn’t write a Blog post.

The decision was already made, I just had to execute.

In a lot of ways I think most of us ended up wasting 90% of our energy in INDECISION, trying to decide whether or not we’re going to follow through and do what we have told ourselves we will do, or if we’re going to break the promise we made ourselves.

Having that internal fight really drains your energy.

It’s much easier to just decide and then cut off any other possibilities from the equation.

There is no question whether I will publish a Blog post every day…the only question is when I’ll write or record it, whether it’ll be a text-based post, or a video or something else, and what topic my post will be about.

#2 – Creating a VERY Simple Plan for Myself

In addition to eliminating all excuses, I also implemented a VERY simple plan for myself that consists of only 3 things I strive to do daily.

  1. Write / Record and Publish at Least ONE Blog Post Per Day
  2. Promote My Blog Post(s) to My Email Subscribers / Facebook Group etc.
  3. Try to Improve SOME Aspect of My Blog or Content by at least 1%

That’s it.

All I do is create my one Blog post for each day and then I email it out to my email list and also promote it on social media sites, and then I also try to improve at least one part of my Blog or online business by 1% or more.

For example if I wanted to tweak some things on my Blog Theme, that would fall under #3, which I am allowed to do -BUT- it is always secondary to making sure #1 gets done first – my daily Blog Post.

Also, the only ONE thing on that list of 3 things that I *MUST* do each day, no negotiating is #1.

Ideally I also get #2 and #3 done each day a swell, but if I don’t – then I don’t.  My primary focus is just writing that Blog post.

In the past I would always learn some cool new trick or strategy or system for improving my Blog, and then I would spend all day and night setting things up, tweaking things and doing crazy Ninja Tactics and stuff, but then my daily Blog post would get pushed to the back-burner.

Now it’s the opposite of that.  I have to make sure I write or record one Blog post, and THEN everything else is secondary.

#3 – Eliminating Stupid Tech Challenges

Another thing that used to trip me up was running into technical challenges with my WordPress Blog  from time to time.

I would spend hours on end trying to fix or install or setup some new plugin or Widget, or fix something with my Theme and then realize that I’ve spent the whole day playing with that stuff and my Blog post or video never got made.

So this time around I decided to upgrade to a fully managed and supported WordPress platform called Kalatu.

Kalatu allowed me to focus on what matters most – BLOGGING – not wasting my time trying to figure out how to fix some weird WordPress error, or searching for the perfect theme to install.

That is pretty much it, those are the three things I put my focus on…

…and as soon as I did, things began to “click” for me, and writing daily became much easier.

The other thing that contributed to me getting into a consistent Blogging pattern was…

#4 – Getting Clear on MY Why

The other thing that helped me out tremendously is getting clear on my “WHY”.

As in, WHY do even Blog?  What’s it for?

I got clarity on that by declaring to myself and the world that I want to help 108 people retire from the jobs they hate and to start making money online, working from home, being their authentic / awesome self.

I put the focus on my audience – not me.

I SERIOUSLY 100% want to help 108 people reach that level of financial independence.

…AND I also got a lot more clarity as to what’s in it for me.

Meaning, what will *I* get from building a successful Blog…

… I decided that the first thing I will reward myself with will be a new car when my Blog reaches a stable $500+/month income level, so that way I essentially get a free car just by blogging once I reach that level of consistent income from my Blog and Blog related activities.

So this way I know WHY I’m doing this for myself and WHY I’m doing this for my audience as well.

Oh yeah, I just realized there was one more thing…

#5 – Scoreboard

Last month I wrote a Blog post which talked about having a score board for your goals.

I’ve been keeping a scoreboard running for myself, and I update it daily, and sometimes even multiple times per day.

That’s it!  These are the 5 things that I did to significantly boost my consistency as a Blogger. 🙂

How about you?

Have you started Blogging daily yet?

What kind of strategies have you found to work for you in staying consistent in life?

How to Add a Lower Third Name Banner to a Google Hangout

February 26, 2015 by Paul 2 Comments

If you’ve ever been on a Google Hangout, you may have noticed that some people have a cool looking name and title below their video.

The industry term for a banner overlay like that is called a “Lower Third”.

It’s actually really easy to setup a “Lower Third” name / title banner on your Google hangouts.

I recorded a short video showing just how simple it is.

The cool thing too is that you can setup different presets for your Lower Third so depending on what kind of hangout you’re on, you can switch between them.

For example you could have one preset that says your name and title below that, and another one could have your name and website URL, etc.

If you found this video useful, don’t forget to click the “Like” button on YouTube so that I know you liked it.

Get Mentored by Me Personally

February 25, 2015 by Paul Leave a Comment

I am happy to announce that I am once again offering 1-on-1 mentoring services on a limited capacity to those who want direct 1-on-1 help from me.

I am only able to open this up to a maximum of 5 people, as my time is very limited and I prefer to focus my energy and attention on helping each individual in a much greater capacity than I would if I took on more clients.

So what kind of stuff can my mentoring help people with?

Primarily I help people who want to take their business or their life’s purpose to the next level, and who might struggling in certain areas and feeling stuck.

My services page gives a more detailed listing of the types of consulting that I do and have done in the past, as well highlights some of my credentials, certifications and my experience in each area.

I’m offering three flexible packages for people who want to work with me.

Package #1 – Month-to-Month Consulting

My month-to-month consulting package is the most flexible package which allows you to decide, on a month-to-month basis where to continue on with my services.

I’m very confident that I can produce results for the clients that I take on, and that any money spent with me on consulting will pay for itself many times over.

However, for people who have never worked with me in the past, and who don’t know what to expect yet, a more long term consulting agreement might not be something they’re comfortable start with, which is why I have the month-to-month contract option.

The package includes two 90-minute sessions per month with me over the telephone or Skype and unlimited email support.

I also include a personal guarantee to any of my clients where if you don’t feel like you’ve gotten at least DOUBLE the value that you paid for your monthly package after our initial 90-minute consult, I’ll refund your money back no questions asked.

The month-to-month package rate is $497/month.

Package #2 – 3 Month Consulting Package

The 3 month consulting package is essentially identical to the month-to-month package except that you’re locking me in to help you for at least 3 months.

In addition to that with the 3 month package you’re saving yourself about 15% off the regular monthly price.

And once again, the 3 month package also comes with a full guarantee.  If you’re not happy with the our first session, I’ll refund your money no questions asked.

The 3 month consulting package is $1,297 for 3 months and then you can either renew on a month-to-month basis or buy another 3-month package.

Package #3 – The Join My Team Package

The “Join My Team” package is specifically for people on a tighter budget who want access to my mentoring and energy and help specifically for launching a Blog / Website and learning how to market themselves online.

This package basically includes the following:

  • Month-to-month commitment, no contract
  • Access to private Facebook group
  • Access to “Free You Now Inner Circle” Membership site
  • Access to private videos and training
  • Access to Kalatu Blogging Platform and Affiliate Program
  • Access to group calls, hangouts and group coaching with me
  • Price: $45/month
  • Click here to learn more

With this package you are basically joining my team at Empower Network, and getting access to the training they provide as well.

You get access to me in a group setting (not 1-on-1), which is ideal if you’re on a tight budget.

The first 2 packages ARE limited to the first 5 people, so if you’d like to learn more about working with me, simply check out my services page and then contact me with some basic details of what you’d like help with.

The third package which is in a group environment is not limited to just 5 people, but the price is subject to go up if Empower Network raises their pricing, so if you’d like to lock in this lower price of just $45/m, click here to learn more.

Manifesting Body Diet – Tracking Your Progress

February 24, 2015 by Paul Leave a Comment

Yesterday I wrote the new diet program I’m creating for myself called the Manifesting Body Diet.

Today I’m going to reveal the two platforms that I’ll be using to track my progress.

Before I go into that, I want to explain why tracking is so important.

Whenever we set a goal that we want to achieve in our lives, we must find some way to quantify our journey towards that goal so that we we know whether we are getting closer or further away from it.

When it comes to weight loss and fitness, it’s really important to track our progress so that we know whether the things we are doing are helping us to lose weight or not.

However, we also don’t want to over-complicate the whole process and make it really difficult to track things either.

The more automated we can make the process, the better.

For the Manifesting Body Diet, I am going to be tracking the following metrics:

  1. My food / drinks / supplements
  2. My activity / heart rate / sleep
  3. My weight and body fat percentage

The first two metrics allow me to track my “input” into the equation – meaning what I’m actually doing, and the third metric allows me to track the end result – ie. my weight and body composition.

So how am I tracking these?

#1 – Food / Drinks / Supplements Tracking

Over the years I’ve tried various different software packages for tracking my food / drink / supplement intake.

I’ve tried everything for writing it down in a journal, to a desktop software, to Excel spreadsheets, to using cell phone apps etc.

One of the most accurate methods of tracking your food intake is to use a software that allows you to track calories, fat grams, carb grams, protein grams, fiber grams, as well as vitamins and minerals inside the food.

It’s a very accurate system of tracking, however the downside of it is that it is ridiculously time intensive to track all that food.

Trying to track calories and macro/micro-nutrient breakdowns like that would definitely be one of those things that would take energy away from me building my businesses – therefore it’s a NONO, so I’m not going to be doing that.

However, I still want to track SOMETHING so that I can quantify which foods are creating which result in my plan.

After doing a bunch of research, I decided to use the new WeightWatchers online tracking system to track my daily food / liquids and supplement intake.

By doing this I am essentially leveraging decades of THEIR experience working with thousands of customers, instead of trying to re-invent the wheel myself.

Remember, one of y primary goals with the Manifesting Body Diet is to make it simple, easy and time-efficient so that I can focus more time on making lots of money with my business, instead of farting around with food tracking systems.

WeightWatcher’s system seems to be doing the trick for me.  It’s really simple.  Here’s a screenshot from my tracker today:

Weightwatchers Dashboard

Across the top you will see that Weightwatchers automatically calculated how many points I get to “spend” on food each day, based on the personal information I gave them like my weight, height, sex, and activity levels and my goals.

For me, they’re starting me off at 49 points per day that I can spend on various foods.

Then, in addition to that I also get an additional 49 points extra per week to spend on other stuff if I want to, such as for example if I want to have a “cheat day” or “cheat meal” etc.

With their new points system, they’re taking into account the fat grams, protein grams, carbohydrate grams, and fiber grams to calculate how many points a food is worth.

For example, a 355ml can of coke is 5 points.  Two slices of Dominos Pizza with the toppings I chose is 11 points.  Make sense?

It’s basically very similar to calorie counting, except for a few differences.

Firstly, I think it easier and faster than counting calories because it’s easier for me to remember that a can of Coke is 5 points rather than trying to remember that it’s 160 calories.

Secondly, on this program any fruit and vegetables that I eat are worth ZERO points, which means I can have an unlimited amount of broccoli if I wanted to, or any other veggies and it would still be zero points.

If I was doing calorie counting, I’d have to track my fruit and veggie calories as well.  This makes it easier.

Thirdly with calorie counting, 200 calories worth of donuts is treated the same way as 200 calories worth of fruit for example, but they do not have the same nutritional value to the body, so reducing everything down into just the calorie content is too oversimplified in my opinion.

What Weightwatchers did is they took calorie counting and made it more simple, and also more effective by giving foods that are healthier for you a lower point value than foods that just give you empty calories.

The app also allows me to track my daily liquids, fruit & veggies, whether I took a multivitamin and my healthy oils intake.

Lots of cool tracking abilities, but also very simple and easy to use.

The system also integrates with the Fitbit platform to automatically pull activity data from my Fitbit tracker, and to award me with extra points on active days!

So for example if I walk 10,000 steps or more during the day, the system awards me with extra points I can use. 🙂

If you’d like to learn more about Weightwatchers, if you’re in Canada click here, and if you’re in the US click here.

Please note that I’m only using Weightwatchers strictly for their software and tracking system, but I have heard from people that their live meetings are also good.

I have no desire to go to weekly meetings, so I just use the online app for my Manifesting Body Diet purposes. 🙂

#2 – Activity / Heart Rate / Sleep Tracking

As far as tracking my activity levels, heart rate and sleep, I’m using the Fitbit Charge HR bracelet and website.

Here’s a screenshot of what my activity levels look like:

Here’s the sleep tracking it shows me:

I don’t have a screenshot of the heart rate tracker, but I do have that tracked as well.

Tracking activity is important so that you can measure progress and gauge how activity affects your results.

However, tracking activity can’t be time intensive or take up too much energy otherwise you won’t stick with it.

That’s why I’m using the Fitbit Charge HR tracker because it tracks all that for me just by wearing it, and it automatically uploads all the data to the website when my wrist band comes close to my computer and calculates and graphs all that data.

Finally, the third thing I track is…

#3 – Weight and Body Fat Percentage Tracking

I have also completely simplified my weight and body fat percentage tracking as well.

In the past I’ve tried all kinds of tools and devices from calipers to DEXA scans to track my body fat percentage.

They all work with varying degrees of accuracy, but the challenge with all those different systems is that they all take up a lot of time to do the tracking / measurements.

What I’m using instead is the Fitbit Aria scale which handles everything for me.

I step on the scale in the morning when I first wake up, and the scale automatically measures my weight, body fat percentage and then when I step off, it automatically uploads that data to the Fitbit website where the system graphs my weight

It also graphs it for you automatically on a nice graph so that you can see your trends.

Here’s my graph showing an upward trend of gaining weight over the last year or so:

Of course the goal of the Manifesting Body Diet is to LOSE excess body fat, not to gain it so I’m hoping to see that graph start changing direction very soon, but I just wanted to show you how easy it is to track your weight with a simple device that takes literally less than 10 seconds per day to track your weight and body fat percentage.

If you want to learn a bit more about the weight loss tech gadgets I’ve mentioned in this post, check out this blog post here.

So what about you?  What are YOU using to track your weight loss / activity progress?

Manifesting Body Diet

February 23, 2015 by Paul 3 Comments

For over 15 years now I’ve been an ultra-busy entrepreneur with a part-time fascination with advanced nutrition, health and weight loss strategies.

I’ve studied, experimented with, and tried out virtually every popular diet out there.

Except for a few exceptions, I have also lost anywhere from 10 – 40 lbs of weight each time I tried one of these various diets.

The only challenge is that I’ve always gained the weight back.

Why?

Well, funny enough most diet books or programs out there will say something like “Oh, that’s because diets don’t work.  What you need is a ‘lifestyle change’.”

Right… and then they proceed to give you THEIR DIET plan which is supposedly better then anything else out there, but they label it as a “lifestyle change“, and not a “diet“.

I’m sorry, but I’m not 3 years old… you can’t trick me into following what clearly is a DIET, simply by labeling it with a different name that sounds more fun like a “lifestyle change” or a “health program” – LOL.

Here’s the truth that I’ve discovered about diets, after being on close to a dozen different ones…

DIETS DO WORK!

Shocking, right?

If you look at every single person out there who has lost weight, or gotten in the best shape of their life, they’re following some sort of diet that is usually (but not always) healthier than people who are overweight or obese.

So you can’t say that diet’s don’t work, when that’s obviously not true.

Trying to form a belief like “diets don’t work” which is based on a lie, just so that you don’t have to take responsibility for the way your body looks and feels will not help you.

It’s much better to embrace the truth, and to take 100% responsibility for your body and to stop blaming diets.

The reason I’m currently overweight is NOT because the diets that I’ve been on didn’t work.

The reason I’m currently overweight is because I STOPPED FOLLOWING those diets after losing the weight that I wanted to lose, and so I gained the weight back.

So a more accurate statement of truth would be “Diets do work, and produce the specific results that they were designed to deliver, if they are followed.”

Right?

I mean it’s common sense.

Besides my own experience, I know dozens of other people who have lost weight over the years and gained it back.

While they followed the diets that they were on, they swore by them and constantly spoke highly of them saying “This diet really works!  I already lost 30lbs!”

However, six months later or a year later they gained the weight back and then they would say “Yeah, that diet didn’t work…I gained the weight back.”

But hang on a second, did they continue to follow the diet the same way as when they were losing weight and somehow ended up gaining the weight back while still being on the diet?

NO!

They STOPPED the diet, and THEN they gained the weight back.

So it’s not that the diet doesn’t work…it’s just that it doesn’t work if you stop following it!

So the real question is not so much whether certain diets work, but rather why do we stop following diets…

Why We Stop Following Diets and Gain the Weight Back

One of the most challenging things about my health and fitness for me has been trying to figure out why I lose weight on various different diets and weight loss plans that I’ve been on, and then go right back to gaining the weight back.

It’s not an easy thing to lose 30 lbs or 40 lbs of fat or more, so why go through that process only to then gain it all back?

This is a question that I’ve spent a LOT of time contemplating.

I’ve already invested over a decade of my time and energy into studying nutrition and diets and weight loss, and testing various different methods for losing weight…

… and to be completely honest, it is NOT difficult for me to lose weight.

I know exactly what things I need to do in order to change my body composition and to lose the excess fat that’s hanging around my belly right now.

I’ve done it many times, and I have total confidence that I can do it again.

But the REAL question that I’ve been fascinated with more recently is how to NOT gain the weight back!

That’s the real million dollar question, as far as I’m concerned.

I believe that the answer to that question somewhat depends on the individual person, as I don’t believe that all people are internally motivated the same way.

We each have a different set of beliefs and values that we live our lives by, and so the reasons why one person stops following a diet might be totally different than the reasons why another person stops following a diet.

However, at the core of the issue is one simple truth.

The reason we stop following diets is because they don’t align with our core beliefs and our highest values.

Here’s what I mean by that…

Throughout the various weight loss journey’s that I’ve been on I noticed a pattern that would emerge in my life when I’ve gone on the different diets.

Two main things would happen…

#1 – My Business / Income Would Suffer

For the most part, I have usually gone on diets and weight loss programs that last around 30-90 days and I’ve lost upwards of 40+ lbs on those diets.

I used various different methods and diets over the years and have actually become more and more effective in losing weight faster and more efficiently.

However, the pattern that I started to notice is that when I would go on these diets for 30-90 days, and my weight would start to drop, some weird circumstances would happen in my businesses that would result in my business income also going down.

In fact, by the time I would usually be in the last part of my weight loss plan, withing a few pounds of reaching my goal weight, my business would be in such a dire need of my attention that I would be in this state of mind where I didn’t really care about the weight loss anymore and I just want to get it over with and reach my goal so that I can stop focusing on that and focus back on my business.

The first few times this happened, I just thought it was bad luck or co-incidence, but after it started to happen again and again I realized that it’s a pattern.

And when this pattern would emerge I would then go back to focusing most of my energy on getting my business back to running smoothly, with the intention of going back to focusing on my weight loss / health when my business stabilizes.

However, in most cases by the time I would get my business back and running smoothly, I had already gained the weight back especially with the added stress of having a business that’s in trouble.

This made me realize that ENTREPRENEURS have a different set of values from other people, and in a lot of ways our businesses are one of our highest values because we believe in changing the world so much, and we have this desire to help other people so much that even our own health takes a secondary focus if our highest values are jeopardized.

The second pattern I realized was…

#2 – My Ability to Manifest Things in My Life Would Suffer

The other pattern that I began to notice throughout the various different weight loss journey’s I’ve been on is that my ability to manifest positive things in my life, using the laws of the Universe such as the Law of Attraction, would diminish while on a diet.

Meaning, as a practitioner of the Law of Attraction for many years, I have gotten used to a certain FLOW in my life where I can manifest pretty much anything I set my mind to and the minute I set my focus on something, it’s like the Universe aligns itself to help me achieve my goals.

Certain people, situations, resources and events seem to flow into my life, as if by magic, to help me achieve what I want.

However, when I’ve gone on various diets in the past, I’ve found that my capacity to manifest has diminished!

Once you become good at manifesting things in your life, you kind of get used to it, and so when that ability is diminished it starts to drive you nuts.

And that is exactly what I started to notice when I would go on the various diets I have been on.

It’s as if by reducing my body weight by 20%, I also reduced my ability to manifest by 20% or more!

I believe there are a few main reasons for this which I’ll get into in future blog posts, and as I experiment with different strategies, but at the core of the issue I think it boils down to one thing.

If we are on a diet or weight loss program which causes us to align ourselves with the energies of LACK and UNWORTHINESS when it comes to our food, then we will manifest more of those types of energies in every area of our lives.

Meaning, for example, if I think about having a certain type of food and my mind goes into a pattern of thinking that goes something like “I want to eat this, but I’m not allowed” or “I can’t have everything I want” or “I don’t want to eat this but I have to because it’s good for me“, then those types of thoughts tend to produce feelings of LACK and UNWORTHINESS and when we vibrate with those energies, we attract more of that in every area of our lives.

Having these realizations that every diet I’ve been on has produced these two undesirable effects on my entrepreneurial endeavors and my ability to manifest, I’ve decided to create a new diet / lifestyle program that I’m calling the Manifesting Body Diet.

Manifesting Body Diet

Whenever I create a new concept or process or system for myself, I like to give it a name or a label of some sort so that it’s easier for me to build a framework around it and also to attract new ideas, concepts, and resources to help me expand the idea.

So as a starting point, I’ve decided to call my new program the Manifesting Body Diet.

I’m going to design the Manifesting Body Diet around two main criteria that it must take into account.

#1 – It Must Support My Entrepreneurial Lifestyle

Unlike previous diets and weight loss programs that I’ve been on, the Manifesting Body Diet has to be designed around the concept that my diet, health and fitness program has to SUPPORT and improve my ability to be successful with my entrepreneurial endeavors, not take away from them.

Because I am an entrepreneur at heart, and one of my highest values is being an entrepreneur, and having a positive impact on the world, if my diet and fitness programs are at odds with my highest values, they’ll never last.

Yes, they might work short term, but if for example losing weight gets in the way of me achieving my business goals, then I’ll have to constantly be in this mental battle of trying to decide whether I should do what I know I’m supposed to do according to the diet or weight loss program that I’m on, or whether I should do what I know needs to be done in order for my business to thrive.

And when you enter into a battle with yourself like that, your highest values will almost always win.

And that is why I’ve always been able to lose weight short term for a few months, but then as soon as my business needed my attention, I would abandon my weight loss program to put my energy in that direction instead.

So one of the primary focuses of the Manifesting Body Diet program will be that it must support and align with my entrepreneurial goals and aspirations.

Secondly…

#2 – It Must Support and Enhance My Ability to Manifest

The other aspect of my new diet program is that it must support and ideally even enhance my ability to manifest using the Law of Attraction and the other Universal laws.

Meaning, by putting time and energy into creating and following the Manifesting Body Diet, my ability to manifest what I want in my life has to go UP and not DOWN.

Although it’s not always easy to quantify or somehow track or gauge our ability to manifest things in life, because there are a lot of moving parts to the formula and not everything that we want to manifest comes about instantly, there is one way to know on a moment by moment basis if you’re aligned with your highest ability to manifest what you want in your life.

How?

By being aware of and tracking how you feel throughout the day.

When we are in full alignment with the Universe and our ability to manifest our dreams and desires is at it’s best, we FEEL GOOD…

Well, more accurately we feel great!

The side-effect (if you can call it that) of being in full alignment with our manifesting abilities just happens to be that we feel good or great in our lives.

So for example, if I was to implement some sort of weight loss strategy that was supposedly proven to produce rapid fat loss results, but by following that strategy it put my in a state of feeling horrible, even if I was losing weight by following this strategy, I would stop following it.

In other words, the purpose of the Manifesting Body Diet is NOT to find the most scientifically accurate and most efficient way to shed excess fat off my body while at the same time feeling like crap, and being miserable, and trying to tough it out… in fact it’s going to be almost the exact opposite of that.

The purpose of the Manifesting Body Diet will be for me to be able to lose weight, while also at the same time FEELING GOOD throughout my days, and having no reason to even look forward to stopping being on the diet, because it feels good, and I enjoy it, and it’s also producing the desired weight loss effect that I want, so why would I ever stop?

Starting the Manifesting Body Diet Today

Even though this diet and lifestyle program is pretty much just at it’s infancy stages as I write this blog post, I am officially starting this new diet today.

My initial starting weight is 242 lbs with approximately 32% body fat percentage, according to my Fitbit Aria scale.

My target weight is 175 lbs, and <20% body fat, so I have about 67 lbs of excess fat that I need to lose in order to achieve my goal.

As I embark on this journey, I’m going to blog about it on a regular basis and share some of the ideas, strategies and systems that I’m going to be using to achieve my goal.

If you’re an entrepreneur with a busy lifestyle or someone who wants to enhance and improve their ability to manifest things in their life, by creating a Manifesting Body that literally vibrates and emanates the Universal energies of abundance, health, prosperity and love, then I think you’re going to enjoy following my journey.

And since one of my primary focuses with my business right now is to build up a six and eventually seven figure income as a blogger, and to encourage and mentor others to do the same thing – by blogging about my Manifesting Body Diet journey I am aligning my new lifestyle with my business as well.

To follow along with my journey, I strongly recommend that you subscribe to receive regular updates from my Blog by entering in your email information below.

That way you can be notified when I publish new blog posts with ideas, resources and progress reports.
